Stress

It’s just after 7am and I’ve been awake for a couple of hours – I had a horrible dream about losing the baby, and then I couldn’t get back to sleep. This is so stressful.

  1. Try not to stress, just keep yourself busy doing other things, start a new (unbabyrelated) project, and try not to count the days. All will be well xxx

  2. Try acupuncture. I’ve heard it is very good for stress. And yes, I will babysit whenever possible. Even if I have to fight off Pat!

  3. That is horrible and I can imagine how scary it is. I have only had one dream since I started treatment in January but my current fear is that I’m growing a mutant. It’s all ridiculous paranoia and your baby will be perfect.
